Randy Holmgren
Randy was born in Brigham City, Utah and has lived in Utah throughout his professional career. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in 1980 where he served as student body Vice President. In 1983, he received his law degree (Juris Doctorate) from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California and was admitted to practice law in the State of Utah.
Mr. Holmgren is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the federal and state courts in Utah. He is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (Money magazine's recommended source for estate planning attorneys). Randy is also a member of the Utah State Bar Estate Planning Section and the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council. He recently served on a committee to assist the Utah State Legislature revise Utah's trust laws. Mr. Holmgren currently serves as a member of the Development Advisory Committee for Community Nursing Services and on the Planned Gifts Committee of the Primary Children's Medical Center Foundation. Jim Park
S. James ("Jim") Park, JD, LL.M. is a Partner with the Law Firm of Fette, Helquist & Park, Tax Lawyers, LLC, with offices in St. George, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. Jim practices in the areas of tax planning, estate planning, asset protection planning and real estate. His goal is to assist his clients to design and implement an overall asset protection strategy that enables them to not only increase their wealth, but preserve it and pass it down to future generations in a tax-advantaged way. A large part of this planning involves charitable giving which Jim has assisted many clients in providing the legal and tax structure for planned gifts. Rex Shipp
Rex Shipp is operating as the owner and manager of Cambridge Financial Center in Cedar City bringing deep experience in investment and insurance products to the company. Rex Shipp is involved in daily operations of Cambridge Financial Center in Cedar City. He is particularly involved in marketing insurance products for Life, Annuities and Health.
Entering the profession in 1987, he remains passionate about helping people get their financial house in order. "It's both challenging and rewarding to motivate people to do what they must do in order to be healthy from a financial perspective," he notes.

Rex is also a Life & Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Roundtable, a prestigious financial industry organization. Mat Sorenson
Mat received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Utah, where he was awarded the E. Rich Brewer Scholarship and graduated Phi Kappa Phi. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Maryland School of Law and was awarded a University Scholarship at entrance.

Prior to joining KKO, Mat worked as a corporate attorney and law clerk for two large private corporations where he handled business, tax, employment and regulatory matters. Mat's prior legal experience also includes working as an Assistant Attorney General in the Utah Attorney General's Office where he prosecuted felony criminal cases. Mat is also a licensed Escrow and Title Officer and is one of the founding partners of Investor Quality Title, LLC, a sister company of KKO Lawyers specializing in transactions for real estate investors. Sherrie Hansen
Sherrie has been in the Insurance and Financial services business for 23 years. She earned her bachelor's degree in Education from Utah State University. She started her insurance business in St. George Utah with State Farm Insurance in 1986. She built her business by helping her clients protect their assets, recover from the unexpected and by helping them reach their dreams and prepare for retirement. Sherrie spent four years in management with State Farm as an Agency Consultant in Colorado and returned to Cedar City Utah to again run her own State Farm Insurance business. She is licensed as a Registered Representative for State Farm VP Management Corp, Underwriter and Distributor of Securities Products and is a member of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors . Sherrie is actively involved in the community where she serves on the Safety Solutions Coalition, Healthy Iron County Board, the WWII Memorial and the Veterans Memorial Park Committee and the Chamber of Commerce Board. She is a past president of the Rotary Club of Cedar City and is an active member of this service organization. Making sure each client has the proper insurance and financial program is her main goal and objective. She enjoys traveling to new destinations with her husband Scott, hiking, reading and spending time with her children and seven grandchildren.
